How it works
From the curb to the curb
Operators set up the Venue.
Draw the floor plan, set your rate card and validations, and add Stands. Stands are free.
Attendants check cars in.
Read the plate with the phone camera, take damage photos, hand over a Key Tag, and park in a suggested Spot.
Clients request their car.
They open their Claim Ticket, request the car now or ready by a time, pay with a tip, and get a text when it's ready.
Features
Everything at the Stand, nothing to install
Check-in with photos
Plate reading and damage photos on every Visit, so disputes start with evidence.
Retrieval queue
Requests land in a live queue at the Stand. Attendants see what's next and who's bringing it.
Texted tickets, pay by phone
Pre-printed, printed or texted Claim Tickets. Clients pay online with a tip, or at the Stand.
Floor plans and spot locator
Draw floors, Spots and landmarks once. Parkvoy suggests where to park and remembers where every car is.
Passes
Monthly Passes, billed or comped, with full or percent-off coverage.
Validations and rates
Rate cards, add-on fees, and validations for free, amount-off, percent-off or fixed-price parking.
Day close and reports
Reconcile cash, cards and write-offs at the end of every day.
Damage claims
Clients flag damage from their ticket, and managers review it against the check-in photos.
Pricing
One plan. Every feature. Priced per Venue.
- Every feature included
- Stands at no extra cost
- 500 SMS segments per Venue each billing period, then billed by use
- 14-day free trial, no card needed
